Conclusion: The control efficiency after 1 day of the 800times、900times and 1000times of 10 billion spores/ml empedobacter brevis GXW15-4 pesticide are 93.39%、91.45% and 91.74% and they are no significant difference;the control efficiency after 3 daysare 98.82%、91.07% and 86.89%,among them the control efficiency of the 800 times of empedobacter brevis GXW15-4 pesticide is best,it is Significantly higher than other times; the control efficiency after 7 days are 82.54%、82.15% and 80.83% and they are no significant difference. We recommend to use the 800～1000 times of empedobacter brevis GXW15-4 pesticide(the dose is 50～62.5g of annual per mu) and Spraying equably in every plant.It is best to Spray the pesticide before the 2 age larva of Diamondback moth.
